At Amoraya Hotels, we prioritize your security and privacy. We do not request or store your credit or debit card information on our servers. Instead, we direct you to a secure payment gateway to enter your payment details. Only information related to successful and failed transactions is stored, with no card details retained.
To prevent credit card fraud, please note the following guidelines:

Credit Card Holder Verification:
- If the credit card holder is a guest, the card must be presented at check-in.
- If the credit card holder is not one of the guests, a self-attested copy of the card (both front and back) must be provided at check-in, along with a signed letter from the cardholder authorizing the use of the card for the booking. The letter should include:
- Names of the guests
- Date of travel
- Property name
- Room type

Privacy Precaution:
- Please ensure that the CVV number (the three-digit code on the back of the card) is blacked out when submitting the card copy.
Important: Failure to provide the required documents may result in the hotel denying the reservation, with no refund issued (except for applicable taxes).
If incorrect or misleading information is provided during booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
Guests must also present a valid form of identification at check-in, which must match the details entered during the booking process.
Billing Information
All online payments made via credit or debit card will be processed immediately in the name of Amoraya Hotels.
Reservation Policy
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full advance payment.
- Any changes to government taxes or surcharges will be applied and must be paid by the guest.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation fee will apply if a reservation is canceled 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation, applicable bank charges will be incurred.
Mandatory Check-in Requirements:
- Foreign Nationals and Non-Resident Indians must present their Passport and Visa.
- Indian Nationals are required to provide a Photo Identity Card with an address.
Refund Policy
- In the event of a refund, bank transaction fees will be deducted in addition to any cancellation charges.
- Refunds for credit card transactions will only be processed back to the original card, and the process may take a minimum of 15 days.
Disclaimer
As a merchant, Amoraya Hotels shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding the mutually agreed limit with our acquiring bank.
